While working for one of the leading herbal healthcare brands in India, an inquisitive young man gradually developed and groomed his passion to improve the quality of life by making herbal healthcare available to everyone by becoming an entrepreneur himself. That self-made man is Mr Vinod Sharma, the founder of Sankalp Therapeutics and the inspiration that led to the creation of Sankalp Therapeutics, one of the renowned herbal healthcare brands launched in 2007.

We strongly advocate women empowerment and are well aware that in order to take their rightful place within workforce and society at large, our women need lot more employment opportunities with better wages/salaries. And this cannot be achieved till female employment in every sector grows in its own right.
Recognizing this, at Sankalp Therapeutics Group, we have focused on increasing the number of female workers in our organization. We are delighted to share that more than half of our employees are female.
Also to support our female workforce in their various roles, we offer them comprehensive training programs that helps them build both soft skills as well as technical skills essential for their respective positions.
Our training programs include counseling, safety, self-analysis and development, communication, along with the company’s code of conduct, and production and quality modules.
